Gate 04 — Pharmacy Dispense

Dispense medicine to patient

Scan the unit barcode at the dispensing counter. Token must be AT_PHARMACY. On pass, it advances to DISPENSED and is cryptographically locked — it cannot be dispensed again.

How it works

Scan QR at counter — Pharmacist scans the DataMatrix or QR code on the unit packaging.

Validation — Must be AT_PHARMACY. Duplicate, wrong state or unknown = do not dispense.

DISPENSED state — Token permanently locked. Patient can now verify at Gate 05.

ℹ Note: Pharmacy Dispense and Consumer Verification (Gate 05) are independent. Consumer verification can happen before or after this scan.
